Scoreboard Studio provides tools to record game stats, sync scoreboard metrics in real time, and generate OBS/vMix stream overlays. While base features are free, advanced options like removing branding or hosting unlimited boards require paid subscriptions.

3. Accounts & Registration

You log in securely using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions associated with your profile. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive practices.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all local laws. You must not:

• Generate artificial load or flood our synchronization endpoints using automated scripts.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass security layers of our broadcast engine.
• Utilize scoreboard assets to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, and content within the Scoreboard Studio platform are the property of Scoreboard Studio and its licensors. You retain ownership of specific game names and stats input into the platform, granting us a worldwide license to process and broadcast this data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted runtime, zero-latency sync, or data durability. We are not liable for any streaming interruptions, financial losses, or system failures.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published on this page constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
