• Account Credentials: When logging in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
• Scoreboard Settings & Data: Match titles, team names, custom score values, period counts, configurations, and general scoreboard states are stored for syncing.
• Technical Logs: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and location metadata are recorded to monitor performance and resolve real-time sync latency issues.

2. How We Use Information

We process collected personal data for the following purposes:

• To operate, sync, and deliver our real-time scoreboard and overlay streams.
• To identify you, securely store your matches, and enable dashboard services.
• To provide user support and troubleshoot service degradation.
• To enhance system security and prevent abusive behaviour.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your personal data. We utilize third-party cloud infrastructure to securely manage database synchronization and authentication:

• Supabase: For cloud databases and secure user authentication.
• Cloudflare: For hosting web resources and global sub-150ms content distribution network (CDN) capabilities.

4. Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated scoreboard logs at any time.
